Service Description

Deposits for Tattoo Piece: $100 This is a Request form for a Tattoo Appointment with Yher Arte Appointment is approved after deposit is made. DEPOSIT PAYMENT: Deposit Payment is done through Zelle or Venmo ONLY Please screenshot proof of payment and send to the message you originally contacted through. Your appointment is NOT valid until deposit is sent. QR code below for deposit payment -Masks are optional -No guests, client must come alone (no exceptions) -ID or Passport is required 18 years and up -If you are displaying any symptoms at the time of your appointment, rescheduling is required and you may be asked to leave All appointments are reserved through a deposit. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions. On a rare occasion, if artist needs to reschedule or cancel last minute for any specific reason, the only refund exception would be if the client is traveling from another city, state, or country. Otherwise we would reschedule to the nearest date that is possible for both client and artist. Please submit inquiry details such as: placement, size, image description, etc. Please send all image references through email yherart@gmail.com


Cancellation Policy

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. NO exceptions. Deposits will be forfeited if any of the following occur: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 3-5 day notice If you reschedule an appointment more once. If you arrive for your appointment intoxicated or without valid ID and cannot be tattooed If you make major changes to your tattoo idea, concept, design, etc or decide not to get tattooed at all Deposits can not be applied toward merchandise or tips.
